About Jeff Jass, Ph.D.

With over 20 years of experience as a qualitative research consultant, Jeff Jass has worked independently to serve a variety of well-known brands since 2001. Jeff studied consumer psychology and business throughout both his undergraduate program at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign as well as during his graduate work at the University of Minnesota, where he earned a Ph.D. in marketing. He developed his interest in qualitative research working in the advertising and research supplier fields.

As a qualitative research consultant, Jeff takes pride in establishing authentic relationships with consumers. This trust, combined with a genuine curiosity, allows for great conversations that drive insights for client teams.
